Drawn and colored entirely in Open Canvas, with a lovely filter background curtousy Adobe Photodeluxe.

I was actually worried about doing his eyes, because they're supposed to be pupil-less.... When I left them that way, though, his eyes looking kind of... unfocused. And I wanted something more intense, you know? But whenever i sketeched anything in, it lookedd.. wrong. -_-;

I finally left them blank. Then, I put the picture into adobe photodeluxe, and just played around with shading and smudging... That program's very good for getting velvet-like coloring. So it worked for the eyes. Added a little bit of a glow, and voila. I'm pretty happy with them now, actually. ^^ Clouded glass is an EXCELLENT description. XD
