It was so beautiful! you are sure to get an A! ...What program did you happen to use? I'm hoping to do an animation like this in the future, using Flash.

I think this one is very good. Such a tragedy! Euripidean, too... builds up our hopes before yanking them away with a dramatic, unfortunate faltering—which seems in this case really to be Orpheus' blissful care for Eurydice. Ahh, heh, you did good on all the drawings. I remember being told a summary of the story in English class Freshman year, and this is pretty much how I imagined it. If you'd had more time, would you have narrated it? Or had someone else? I mean, you have taken acting...

Anyway, I love the style by which you animated it, reminds me of those tales back in the olden days. Could almost imagine a mandolin or harp in the bg playing while the narrator tells the story X3

I drew these on paper, scanned them in, edited the pictures in Adobe Photobusiness Delux, then assembled all of the frames and added the music, transitions, and text is Pinnacle Studio 8. ...which is a movie-editing program like Windows Movie Maker.

I would have LOVED to do voice acting. ...but a friend wisely recommended against it. Besides, with the rhyming, it prbably would've come out too sing-songy. I'll save the voice-acting for another animation, I guess.

Oh thank you! That sounds alot easier. I like flash and all.. but it gets so fustrating at times! I'll check out that PS 8

Two nights, hours of drawing, and very little sleep. ;; I think it took almost as much time to edit and compile the damn thing as to draw it, though.

And it's really not that impressive a feat. It only ended up being about 60-some drawings. Do you know how short that would've been if I'd done "real" animation?

Thanks! ^^ I did want to use some kind of string instrument for background music... but I didn't have any saved to my computer, or even on CD, that would work. (I had some nice piano music, but no strings. :/) If I had had even a guitar (and, you know, was able to PLAY a guitar. >>;, I would've done some custom music. But, given the deadline, i had to work with what i had. ...And who can resist the melodrama that is Destati ? ^_-

aaah its amazing! >__<....and your song inspired me to play Kingdom Hearts again xD...Flash is tedious @__@....and annoying but it comes out with good stuff...I dunno how you did this but I like the fact that you kept the drawings the same. ^___^
