For every day of October, i will be drawing (and hopefully uploading here) one Dark piece of Fanart. [more details on my main page]

So today (10/17/03), we have Sheik from Super Smash Brothers Melee, all bloody, dying, out in the middle of Pokemon stadium.

...Man. Link's gonna kick Roy's ass for that one. XD

The coloring took about eight hours -- the background was done in two parts in open canvas, and the rest of the coloring (and the "special effects" *cough*shamelessuseoffilters*cough*) was done in Adobe Photobusiness Delux 4.0.

Now, excuse me while I collapse.

Ooooh! This is your best one so far!! I like it a lot! Great job! The coloring and the proportions are excellent....aaaand.... I just like it a lot.

*snort* it's really beautiful. the pokeball field makes me chuckle, and sheik makes me pout at the same time.

I love the choice of stage (Yay Pokemon Stadium ^_^). It works very well, especially with the projector in the background... emphasizes the amount of Suck Roy will be in. ^_^;
The hand behind the body looks a little large, but other than that, nice job on the anatomy.

Yeah, i have a tendancy to make hands too large because I spend so much time looking at my own hand (inches from my face=larger than normal) and trying to get every finger right. ....Believe it or not, I DID realize how out of porportion it was and tried to shrink it down without having to redraw it entirely-- so this is smaller than the original was. ^^;;

Eek, sorry for getting morbid pictures stuck in your head! XD It' gonna be stuck inMY head the next time I play Melee, too! (especially since I almost always play as Sheik.)

I started around 10PM, and I colored pretty much right up until about 6AM. I ended up going to sleep arounnd 6:30AM -- when my mom was leaving for work. ^_- ...And, in case you're curious, I just woke up-- around 4:30pm. It's good to be noctunal. XD

this is crazy ^^ im not able normaly to sleep uring day but today i just did... i was so tired i sleep on the couch about 3:30 lol
and its my mom who woke me up caus i had a phone ^^
this night i will probably not be hable to sleep ^^
