Today's fandom: Kingdom Hearts II Today's death: 8. drowning Drowning just screams "girl!" to me. Dunno why. x_x Yes, Kairi's quite dead. No, it's not because I don't like her - I only kill characters I DO like.  Kairi bugged me in the first game, but she was much more tolerable in the second. Not to mention much prettier. o_o Obviously, she also makes for a pretty corpse. <3This took SO LONG, wtf. The lineart took three hours. -___- I don't know how or why. The coloring took at least seven hours. Probably more. It started out on the beach at End of the Road, but her blue skin just looked like a lighting effect there, so I switched it up to Destiny Islands.  I wanted to draw thassala shells in there, too, but I'm exhausted, and that did not sound fun, haha. Sketched in open canvas 1.1. The shading and water effects were also done in open canvas. The sand and seaweed was done in adobe photobusiness deluxe, which has wonderful filters. Yay. Excuse me while I collapse. x_xAlso, DA seems to be broken. -_- Most of my comments are blank. ;_; Woe. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
